All vehicle listings are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. We strive to provide accurate information, but specifications, mileage, and condition may vary slightly from descriptions.
2. Inspection & Quality Assurance
Vehicles are inspected prior to export. Inspection reports and auction sheets are provided upon request. Final condition may be affected by transit and is not guaranteed beyond documented reports.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in USD or JPY and may exclude shipping, taxes, and import duties. Full payment must be received before shipment. We accept bank transfers and other approved payment methods.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, port congestion, or carrier delays. We are not liable for delays beyond our control. Title and risk transfer upon shipment.
5. Documentation
We provide all necessary export documents, including Bill of Lading, Export Certificate, and Invoice. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with import regulations in their country.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of international vehicle export, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of proven fraud or misrepresentation, subject to investigation.
7. Liability
